What's new

0.13.2

  • Meta Quest: Experimenters Circuits for Meta Quest. Build circuits on a board in your room with your hands or Touch controllers, sign in with your Meta account and keep your circuits in the cloud.
  • Ammeter and voltmeter in AC mode show true RMS: direct current and voltage read zero, and the reading no longer freezes at zero frequency.
  • The simulation no longer stops with a very large capacitor on the board, and meters next to it read correctly.
  • Knobs, levers and sliders on the instruments light up while you hold them, and on a Mac and in the browser also under the pointer.
  • Now you can delete your account right in the app.
  • A free account now keeps more circuits in the cloud.

0.12.1

  • Circuits with a transistor terminal left unconnected no longer slow the simulation down.
  • Lettering on the instrument panels stays in place when you look at the bench at an angle.
  • Current delay in an inductor: a higher supply voltage, so both lamps reach almost full brightness.
  • Transformer and direct current: no cable in the circuit crosses another.
  • Wheatstone bridge: the unknown resistor no longer gives its value away with colour bands.
  • Android: fixed the landscape view on some devices with Vulkan.

0.11.6

  • Arabic, with a right-to-left interface.
  • More accurate diode.
  • A burned-out lamp or a blown fuse now breaks the circuit completely.
  • Large circuits need much less memory.
  • Refreshed lettering on the instruments.
  • The simulation no longer stops with an unconnected capacitor on the board.
  • Buttons over instruments take taps reliably.

0.11.1

  • Password-lock black boxes.
  • You can make a shared circuit read-only.
  • Guide in the main menu.
  • Optional anonymous reports of calculation errors.
  • Accurate RMS meter readings.
  • Fixes for the running simulation, oscilloscope and cables.
